Returns

Our Returns Policy is simple:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. No questions asked. Return it if you (or your dog!) don't love it.

Returns Condition:
At The Chicken Dog Treat Company, we are pure of heart, intention, and treats. We’re committed to giving you and your best mate the best chicken treats available anywhere.

If for any reason you or your furry friend aren’t 100% happy, you can return, exchange, or get a full refund.

Just follow these easy steps:

  • Send us the balance of the product(s) so it reaches us within 30 days of the original dispatch date.

  • Include a little note letting us know why your dog wasn’t a fan.

  • Take the remaining treats (in the original or another package) to any Australia Post office — we’ll cover the return postage to:
    Suite 4D, 265 Pennant Hills Road, Thornleigh, NSW 2120.

Please also get a proof of postage receipt — we can’t take responsibility for packages lost in the mail.

Change of Mind / Exchange

Change of Mind Policy:
100% Satisfaction Guarantee. No questions asked. If you change your mind, we’ll exchange it without hesitation.

Returns Condition:
If your mate isn’t loving their chicken treats, simply:

  • Send us the balance of the product(s) within 30 days of dispatch.

  • Include a quick note explaining why you’re sending it back.

  • Take the remainder to any Australia Post — we’ll cover the postage.

And again, please grab a proof of postage receipt.


Incorrect Items Received

Incorrect Item Policy:
On the rare chance we sent you the wrong product — keep it and we’ll send the correct one straight away.

Here’s what to do:

  • Send us a picture of what you received to team@thechickendogtreatco.com.au or via MMS to 0434 159 188 within 14 days of dispatch.

  • Include a note with your details and what you originally ordered.

  • We’ll reply within 24 hours and ship out the right product at no extra cost.


Bugs or Mould on Products

Our Mould & Bugs Policy:

Nobody likes mould or bugs — not even dogs!

Our treats are 100% free of:

  • Preservatives

  • Artificial colours

  • Additives

  • Numbers (like 102, 220, etc.)

  • Weird chemicals (like BHA, BHT, TBHQ, propyl gallate, ethoxyquin — yep, we checked every one of them!)

All our chicken treats are dehydrated using the latest state-of-the-art drying technology, ensuring premium quality and safety — guaranteed.

In the rare event you spot mould, bugs, or anything that shouldn’t be there:

  • We’ll replace your product immediately under our returns policy.

Because your dog deserves nothing but the best — and we’re serious about making sure you get it.
